Meet Site: Wisconsin Dells Center (more information)
The WDGVC will be held in the new Wisconsin Dells Center in Wisconsin Dells Wisconsin, the "The Water Park Capital of the World!®". This state of the art, 100,000 sq ft air-filled dome will be perfect for this years competition. Equipment will be provided by SA. The Wisconsin Dells Center is adjacent to the host hotel, Chula Vista Resort at 4031 N River Rd, Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin.

Entry Deadline (more information)
Deadline for entries is November 16, 2009. Teams are taken on a first come first served basis. Reserve your spot with a non-refundable $200 deposit ASAP. No gymnast or teams will be entered until entry fees are paid. Please Register your gymnasts by using our Hold Your Spot form or Athlete Registration Form.

Awards (more information)
Award are custom medals to 50%. Team awards are 3 scores counting for team for each session. Every team receives Wisconsin Dells Vacation Classic team award banner suitable for hanging in your facility.

Coaches Hospitality (more information)
Saturday night, coaches and judges will be treated to food and drink at the WDGVC Coaches Hospitality Room.

WDGVC Gymnasts Gift (more information)
Every gymnast receive a commemorative beach towel for participating in the Wisconsin Dells Gymnastics Vacation Classic.

Refund Policy (more information)
Deadline for refunds and level changes is December 9, 2009. Credits for next years meet will be given for injuries only with a written doctor’s note after that date.

WDGVC Meet Apparel (more information)
Official WDGVC clothing will be available at the Wisconsin Dells Center. Items may also be personalized and purchased at the meet.

Event Tickets (more information)
Advance purchase tickets may be picked up at the will call window at the Wisconsin Dells Center. Single and multi-day passes will be available at the meet at full price. All tickets are non-refundable. Advance purchase tickets may be pur-chased at www.netlynxevents.com. Deadline to purchase Ad-vance Tickets is Friday, January 21, 2010.

• Advance Purchases 3 Day: Only $24 for adults and $20 for children 3 to 12 years of age. Children under 3 are free.
• Advance Purchases 2 Day: Only $19 for adults and $15 for children 3 to 12 years of age. Children under 3 are free.
• Advance Purchases 1 Day: Only $10 for adults and $8 for children 3 to 12 years of age. Children under 3 are free.

On Location Tickets: (available only at the Wisconsin Dells Center)

• 3 Day: Only $30 for adults and $24 for children 3 to 12 years of age. Children under 3 are free.
• 2 Day: Only $22 for adults and $18 for children 3 to 12 years of age. Children under 3 are free.
• 1 Day: Only $12 for adults and $10 for children 3 to 12 years of age. Children under 3 are free.

From Interstate 90 take Exit 87 which is 13 North. Go 1.5 miles and turn left onto River Road (3rd set of stop lights; also at the corner of Bailey’s Landing Store). Continue 1 mile and veer to the left; you pass Meadow-brook Resort on your left.
